Matching System
Due to the physical structure of some solenoid injectors, it is
Impossible to measure the upper air gaps mechanically. Because of the MATCHING system in our CRI Model test benches, it helps to electronically measure the air gaps of the injectors, which is impossible to measure.
Coding System
Thanks to the algorithms developed by our company in the system of
all our CRI machines; you can code all types of injectors in which
coding is required.

S-Time System
Synchronization of injection opening time is important in CR injectors. If the correct opening time is not synchronized between the injectors, you may face knocking issue in the engine. This synchronization of injectors can be done on our test bench.
The Start Time feature of our Komtest CR Injector test benches, it is possible to see the synchronization of the injection opening times of thė injectors and the change between the injector nozzles.
